Convenience Store Business License Application Method:
1. Bring your ID card and a copy to the industrial and commercial department to apply for the "Notice of Pre Approval of Name" (which means determining your store name)
2. Continuing to apply for the Food Distribution License at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce requires materials such as lease contracts and photocopies, property certification documents, etc. There are also some forms that need to be filled out, which the Ministry of Industry and Commerce will provide. If selling cigarettes, go to the local tobacco monopoly bureau (i.e. tobacco company) at the county or district level to apply for the Tobacco Retail Business License. If selling newspapers, magazines, books, etc., go to the local cultural and publishing department to apply for the Publication Business License.
3. After obtaining the "Food Circulation License", "Tobacco Retail Business License" and other certificates, one can still apply for the "Business License" at the industrial and commercial department.
